Hey, what's your favorite alternative to Finder in OSx Lion? I sit and play around with PathFinder that solves all my problems with the original Finder - Tabs, Dual windows show how many sub folders / files that are in a selected folder, better view and just ALL the original Finder should be. But it is a bit slow on the uptake - this is my only complaint besides the $ 40 it costs. Then there is the Total Finder, which is integrated into the original finder, and works SUPERFAST - but lacks many of the great features that PathFinder has. The cost also just $ 20 .... Do SKUs it ends up that I buy them both 2 and use them as needed: p Seemed quite simply the original Finder can not even enough for my needs. I am by passing files from 2 hard drives filled with movies and music in various formats, among others. wma as Mac OSx and iTunes does not recognize, so you need more Finder windows open simultaneously and kiggen back and forth between folders and drives - I find Finder is VERY unsuitable for such tasks. It is certainly quite nice to Mr. and Mrs.. Apple Denmark who just have it all on the same HDD and never carrying large loads of files from one hard drive to another, but for my needs, the poor reffing
